I get the rings from the Ringbearer
Welcome, beloved family and friends, to the wedding of Bride and Groom.
Officiant: Groom, do you come here today to be married to this woman?
Matt: I do. (I hand him a lit candle)
Officiant: Bride, do you come here today to be married to this man?
Jessica: I do (I hand her a lit candle)
Officiant: May the spark of first love, the flame of passion, and warmth of a loving heart be yours, forever and always.
I will hold the unity candle, bring your tapers together to light it, and place all candles on table
Officiant: Please join your right hands
Officiant: May the words you vow to one another, be unbreakable as the cords that bind your hands.
Lay on the handfasting cord
Repeat vows and exchange rings.
Blessing: May your paths be smooth
And the weather be fair
